Amy

Amy has been with Haltom Orthodontics for 2 1/2 years. She has 6 years of orthodontic experience and will help you through the financial process and insurance billing. Amy has 2 children, Zach and Desiree.

Becky

Becky has been working with Haltom Orthodontics as an assistant for 31 years and is certified in Radiology, OSHA and CPR. Prior to working with Haltom Orthodontics, Becky worked in periodontics (children’s dentistry) for 4 years. Her vast knowledge of orthodontic treatment is based on a lifetime of commitment.

Becky and her husband of 30 years, Craig, have two sons, Sean and Tyler. The entire family is actively involved in Young Life (a Christian youth organization). Craig is the East Side Area Director. Craig and Becky have touched the lives of hundreds of young people in the Albuquerque area.

Caroline

Caroline has been an orthodontic technician since 1978 and has been with Haltom Orthodontics for over 25 years. She enjoys sand volleyball and weight training. Caroline serves as our removal technician.

Gwen

Gwen has been with haltom Orthodontics as an assistant for 13 years, and has over 25 years in the orthodontic field. She is certified in Radiology, OSHA, and CPR. Gwen’s patients love her for her caring nature and her love for people.

Gwen and her spouse, Mike, have been married for 33 years. They have two daughters and four beautiful grandchildren–Ryan, Reanna, Cameron, and Madison. Gwen loves shoes and antique shopping, home decorating, and bike riding. She is also an excellent cook and is always spoiling us with her great treats. She is said to have the best salsa this side of the Rio Grande. When she isn’t spoiling us or her patients, she likes to go to the movies and travel.

Heather

Heather has been with Haltom Orthodontics for 2 years. She has 11 years of orthodontic assistant experience. Her knowledge and experience of orthodontics is extremely beneficial to our team.

Heather has 2 children Felicia 17 who is a senior in high school and Anthony 13 who is a great football player. Their family spends much of their free time at football games.

Kristyn

Kristyn has been with Haltom Orthodontics for over 4 years. She is a graduate of PIMA Medical Institute and is OSHA and CPR Certified. Kristyn’s caring attitude and hard work ethic will ensure that your visit will be a pleasant and quick experience.

Kristin enjoys spending her time with her husband and young son, along with many activities that involve her very large family.

Lisa

Lisa has been with Haltom Orthodontics as an x-ray technician for 12 years. Yo uwill see her in the beginning and at the end of your treatment. Her gentle and caring way will make you immediately feel comfortable in our practice. On your first visit, she will be taking some digital pictures, and if Dr. Haltom gives her the “thumbs-up,” we will take models of your teeth.

Lisa has 16 years of orthodontic experience as an assistant and x-ray technician. She enjoys country living, and loves to ride her horses, take care of her many animals, and go to live concerts.

Lorie

Lorie has been with Haltom Orthodontics for 5 years, with 6 years of orthodontic experience. Lorie is a great assistant with a soft and gentle touch.

Lorie has great drive and determination to better her abilities, and is rapidly succeeding in this effort. She enjoys traveling, music and her many great friends.

Marissa

Marissa has worked with Haltom Orthodontics since 2007, and has 7 years of orthodontic experience. She is certified in OSHA, Radiology, and CPR.

Marisa has a 9 year old son, Jorell, who is in the 4th grade. She and her boyfriend, Micheal, have a beautiful 1 year old daughter name Jalysa. Her boyfriend also has a wonderful little girl named Yelena. They love spending time together as a family.

Monika

Monika has just recently joined the Haltom Orthodontic team and brings 28 years of clinical orthodontic experience with her. We are very proud and happy to have her! Monika has a son Eric who is attending UNM to be a chemical engineer.

At 39, Monika went back to school to become a licensed Esthetician and volunteers her time working with women and teens with cancer in a Look Good / Feel Good program. Monika enjoys hiking, biking, and making beaded jewelry.

Theresa

Theresa has been in orthodontics for 19 years. For the past 17 years, she has called Haltom Orthodontics “Home”. She is OSHA, Radiology, and CPR certified. Theresa, like many others, wears a few different hats at the office. She works part-time in the clinic, and also spends time at the front desk scheduling appointments and making sure all correspondence gets mailed out.

Theresa and her husband of 21 years, Lincoln, have five beautiful children, Shenandoah, Zachary, Mikala, Elija, and William “Connor”. Theresa is still our office performer and loves to sing and dance.

Yvonne

Yvonne has been with Haltom Orthodontics for 6 years and has over 17 years of orthodontic experience. She is certified in Radiology, OSHA, and CPR, and her smile will lighten up your day.

Yvonne has been married to her husband, Mike, for 17 years. She has 2 sons, Jason and Richard, as well as 2 grandsons, Xavier and Little Moe. Yvonne enjoys riding her Harley and spending time with family.

Roxann

Roxann joined the Haltom Orthodontics family in September of 2009 and has over 10 years of dental experience. Roxann is a licensed dental assistant with x-ray, CPR, and OSHA certification. She will be with you every step of the way, from your first visit until the day your braces are removed.

Roxann is married and has three children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, or in the great outdoors.
